Welcome to the music city – Nashville, Tennessee. Nashville is the capital of Tennessee and is the second biggest city next to Memphis. The city is known globally as the center for music and is home to various universities and colleges.
The city was founded in the late 1700's and was named after a local Revolutionary War hero. Nashville has a very strategic location which makes it easier for trade. Nashville became the first capital to surrender under the Union troops during the Civil War.
